Harting, Comerford Named to USA National Junior Team

Freshmen swimmers qualify in three events
 University of Louisville freshmen Zach Harting and Mallory Comerford were named to the 2015-16 National Junior team roster as USA Swimming selected 114 of the nation's top up-and-coming swimmers.

Mallory qualified in the 100- and 200-freesyle and Zach qualified in the 200-fly.
Â
The team is comprised of the top six swimmers in each Olympic event and the members must be age 18 or under.

Athletes with the top 6 fastest times, in Olympic events only, from the combined results of all USA Swimming or FINA sanctioned meets from 1/1/2015 to 8/30//2015 as well as YMCA Long Course Nationals; times from Prelims, Semi-Finals and Finals (A, B and C) only will be used and relay lead-offs, time trials, intermediate splits and swim-offs will not be included. In addition, all 2015 FINA World Junior Championship members are automatically included in the events for which they competed.
