Louisville Announces Theme Games for 2026 Football Season

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – With the start of the 2026 University of Louisville football season growing closer, the program has announced its theme game calendar for the six-game home schedule this fall at L&N Stadium.
The promotional calendar once again features Ag Day and Kids Day, along with an Oct. 31 Homecoming date. For more information on each dedicated theme contest visit the theme games landing page.
The 2026 season gets underway on Sept. 6 against Ole Miss in Nashville, Tenn. The Cardinals will open the home portion of the schedule on Sept. 11 versus Villanova.
