Freshman: Cooper competed in nine meets in his first season as a Cardinal. At the UofL Invitational, he scored 82 points, placing second in the platform (246.50), third in the 3-meter (276.20), and third in the 1-meter (309.05). Other highlights include a third place finish in the 1-meter against Xavier and a fourth place in the 1-meter (305.10) against Kentucky.

Prep: Evan Cooper joined the Louisville Cardinals diving program from North Salem, IN, where he attended Tri West High School. He dove for Coach Sean McCarthy and represented The Indiana International School of Diving at the club level. Cooper was his high school's record holder on the 1M. He was a three-time USA Diving Junior Regional Platform Champion and a five-time USA Diving Junior National Championships Qualifier. He was the Senior Class President and will graduate with an Academic Honors Diploma.
