Junior: Did not compete in 2020-21.

Sophomore: Did not compete in 2019-20.

Freshman: As a freshman, Holland made an immediate impact as a member of the Cards’ diving squad. She was selected for the ACC Championships, adding a 22nd place finish on platform and qualifying to the NCAA Zone C Championships on platform as well. At Zones, she also took 22nd with a score of 198.90. At the IU Invitational, she tallied a number of top-eight finishes, including a fourth on the platform (217.80) and sixth place showings on the 1-meter (234.80) and 3-meter (244.00). Throughout the dual meet season, Holland put together several strong performances, including a third place finish on the platform against Indiana.

Prep: Holland travels south to Louisville from London, Ontario where she attended Sir Frederick Banting Secondary School and dove for Forest City Diving Club. She became a Canadian Senior National finalist on tower in 2017 and was a Team Ontario member. In 2015, Holland won the silver medal at the Junior Elite Nationals in synchro and is a 7x finalist at the Junior Elite Nationals. In addition, she has also been named to her high school honor roll all three years.
