Prep: Jordan comes to Louisville from Rockville, Maryland where he swam for Wootton High School under Coach Kevin Fisher. He was the 2023 Maryland 4A/3A West region champion in the 200 IM (SCY) clocking in at 1:53.57. He was also the 2023 Maryland 4A/3A State bronze medalist in the 200 IM (SCY) clocking 1:52.55 Kelly trains year-round with Nations Capital Swim Club and placed seventh in the 100 breast at the 2022 NCSA Championships while also registering five additional top-16 finishes. He raced to 14th place in the 200m breast at the Toyota U.S. Open in 2021.
