
13 Cardinals Named to All-ACC Academic Team

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's soccer team placed 13 on the All-ACC Academic Team, the conference announced Thursday.
Noah De Blasis, Jack Boring, Elijah Brijbasi, Filip Fredhall, TJ Kahoalii, Leon Kondic, Michael Lee, Jack Lewis, Olayinka Ogunleye, Ryan Quintos, Fernando Sanchez, Alex Svetanoff, and Chase Vazquez were among the student-athletes represented.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team include a 3.0-grade point average for the previous two semesters and 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career, while being enrolled at the institution for at least one year and being classified as an undergraduate student. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's athletic contests.
The Louisville program produced a 3.431 team GPA during the fall, with 531 student-athletes earning honor roll status and 93 student-athletes earning a 4.0 GPA.
