Prep: Alina joins the Cardinals from Würzburg, Germany, where she attended Deutstschaus-Gymnasium and represented Svweurzburg 05 under coach Stefan Lutz. She has had a breadth of international experience, swimming in the European Short Course Championships, Junior European Championships, the World Cup, and the Junior World Championships. Alina is a two-time German champion, Junior German champion, and is a Junior German record-holder. Additionally, she holds the Svweurzbeurg 05 record in the 400 IM.
