UofL will host 15 teams at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center this weekend

The University of Louisville men's tennis team is set to host the annual Louisville Invitational Oct. 11-13 at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center. Fans will get their first look at the 2019-20 Cardinals with free admission on each day of the tournament.

The tournament field consists of 16 teams including the host Cardinals who will be represented by James Bell, Clement Filho, David Mizrahi, Juan Paredes, Alex Wesbrooks, Randy Wilson.

Joining Louisville will be Austin Peay, Ball State, Bellarmine, Belmont, Butler, Chattanooga, Chicago State, East Tennessee State, Eastern Illinois, Kennesaw State, Kentucky, Lipscomb, Middle Tennessee, Toledo, Wright State and Youngstown State.

The tournament format features seven flights in singles and doubles and will be played on the indoor and outdoor courts with doubles play starting at 8 a.m. on Friday.
