ATLANTA -- The University of Louisville women's tennis team fell 7-0 at No. 20 Georgia Tech Saturday afternoon at at the Ken Byers Tennis Complex.

With the win the Yellow Jackets improve to 11-7 overall and 7-3 against Atlantic Coast Conference opponents. Louisville drops to a record of 4-14 and 0-9 in ACC play.

The Cards dropped the double point when Louisville's No. 1 pair Lika Peresypkina and Allie Gretkowski fell 6-0 to No. 12-ranked Carol Lee and Kate Sharabura. The Jackets clinched the point at No. 2 when Alejandra Cruz and Given Roach downed Jamilah Snells and Berta Miret 6-2.

Georgia Tech scored the first point in singles when Allie Gretkowski fell to Kate Sharabura 6-2, 6-1 on Court 6. Louisville's Ibifuro Clement lost 6-2, 6-0 at No. 5 before GT clinched the match on Court 1 when No. 45-ranked Carol Lee beat Jamilah Snells 6-1, 6-4.

The Cardinals return to the road as they head to Boston College April 5 to play the Eagles at 3 p.m. before taking on the Orange in Syracuse on April 7 at 11 a.m.
